Notice is hereby given that Ocean Navigator Express Line is engaging in NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangement” or “NRA” which means written and binding arrangements between an NRA shipper and Ocean Navigator Express Line, the eligible NVOCC to provide specific transportationservice for a stated cargo quantity, from origin to destination, on and after receipt of the cargo by Ocean Navigator Express Lineor its agent (or the originating carrier in the case of through transportation).
